As an international law firm singularly focused on complex and high-value dispute management and resolution within the construction, infrastructure and energy markets, Mantle Law is delighted to welcome Kevin Joyce to its esteemed team. Kevin joins the firm from Pinsent Masons, bringing with him over 20 years of experience specialising in project advice, risk management, and dispute resolution support, for clients in these sectors.

Kevin has a proven track record, and his extensive experience spans iconic projects in the Far East, Middle East, Eastern Europe, and the UK, dealing with complex construction issues such as payment disputes, variations, delay and disruption claims, defects, and building safety claims.

“As someone I have encountered regularly as an opponent over the years, we are thrilled to welcome Kevin to our firm,” said Gurbinder Grewal, Partner of Mantle Law. “His deep expertise and what he has achieved for his clients in the construction and infrastructure sectors, will further bolster our ability to support our clients on complex projects, at home and abroad.”

Kevin, reflecting on his decision to join Mantle, remarked, “Clients are increasingly willing to disaggregate legal work, prioritising deep expertise and insight on specific matters. Mantle’s international presence and singular focus on project support and dispute management and resolution work within the construction, infrastructure, and energy markets align perfectly with the shifting needs of clients in these sectors. I look forward to contributing to the firm’s continued success.”

Managing Partner, Matthew Heywood adds, “Kevin is a close friend and former Pinsent Masons colleague and his arrival underscores the firm’s commitment to strengthening our global presence and delivering innovative solutions tailored to meet clients’ evolving needs. We’re thrilled to have him on board.”
