Overview
Aladin is experienced in international arbitration with a specific focus on Construction and Engineering disputes. Aladin has developed an expertise on both front and back-end construction matters. Aladin is known for his pragmatic and no-nonsense approach to matters. Aladin previously worked both in private practice and in-house where he has developed extensive expertise on both Middle-Eastern legal systems and the Construction Industry in the Middle-East.
Aladin is based in Mantle Law’s UAE office.

Advised a Gulf State in a dispute with an engineering company in ad hoc arbitrations regarding:
-The construction of major airport in the region
-The construction of major road in the region
Advised a French company in an ICC commercial arbitration regarding the fraudulent call of a first-demand bank guarantee
Advised a MENA investor in relation to an ICSID arbitration against a North African State
Advised a Saudi contractor on contractual remedies against sub-contractor’s poor contractual performance.
