Truly grasping our clients’ agenda runs through every aspect of the vision and strategy for Mantle Law. For us, it’s all about really understanding what our clients need from us. And that means listening. Our clients know that they can trust us with their biggest challenges. But they also know that we’ll be turning all of that hard-won know-how into ever more creative ways to support them in the future.

Plus, in sharp contrast to our more institutional peers, there’s no digital transformation for us to adopt. Embedded in the world of now, we rely on innovation and technology to achieve better, faster results.

Why Mantle Law?

Want lawyers at the top of their game who are passionate about embedding themselves in your organisation?

Here are three reasons why you should choose Mantle Law:

1. Commercial, outcome-focused advice in the toughest scenarios
Mantle Law has a singular focus on arbitration and disputes within our sector. We channel all of our know-how into building an unmatched service in these areas. That means practitioners with real focus and drive to help you tackle your biggest commercial challenges.

2. People who never forget that the most important person in a dispute is you
What is the most important thing about our lawyers? The consistent ability to put clients front and centre. We pride ourselves on standing shoulder-to-shoulder with them at all times, building genuine partnerships along the way.

3. Designed to face tomorrow’s challenges
Ours is a new-fashioned business; one that has a relentless focus on delivering an imaginative and progessive service inventory for law. Most of all, we’re here to disrupt the insititutional norm with fresh thinking on project management, technology, resourcing, pricing and, most of all, value.

What they’re saying about us.

“The large international law firms fail to recognise the pressures that businesses operating in this region are under, and are traditionally slow to react. We expect our lawyers to be more in tune with our business; Mat and his team always deliver.”

Mantle Law is unique within the market, it being the only construction law boutique. It therefore is able to operate in innovative ways with flexible teams which is only to the benefit of clients. Mantle Law is a new, exciting and genuinely different model which responds to clients needs by tailoring resource that suit and works best for the clients and particular cases. It does what many people have been talking about for years namely, working collaboratively with the Bar to create a team that gives the clients early access to the Bar and the Bar early access to the clients for the client’s benefit. A lot of people talk about working in a team, this new model achieves that and the results are astonishingly good.

Mantle in the community.

While we’re also active in London and beyond, we’re firmly embedded in the UAE professionally and personally which is why we are so passionate about giving something back to the local community, the focus of our pro bono efforts.

As a new firm, we’re less encumbered by traditional working practices. We can offer our people flexibility over their working arrangements which helps enhance the diversity of our team, compared to other organisations.

And with the technology and agile working methods we’ve adopted, we can minimise our impact on the environment too.
